The Skating center placed in an environment of the park and turned towards Krylatskaya Street has the semicircular plan allowing to place the main tribune of the hall on 10 000 viewers from the most spectacular party – at start and the finish. The large-span shell over the arena and tribune (117 meters in the radial direction) is solved in the form of the farms that are radially dispersing supporting by steel concrete trunk and on steel concrete columns on perimeter suspended by steel tiles to the pole with two back guys.
